Holly L. Dickens is a Senior Lecturer, Associate Chair, and Undergraduate Program Director in RIT’s Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology department.

With a decade of real-world experience as a hardware design engineer in aerospace and communications, Ms. Dickens brings valuable industry expertise directly into the classroom.

From FPGA design and embedded systems to student mentorship and curriculum development, the focus is on connecting theoretical concepts with hands-on, practical applications.

A recipient of RIT’s CET Outstanding Lecturer Award and L3Harris’s Technology Innovation Award, Ms. Dickens continues to contribute to the education and development of the next generation of engineers through industry-informed teaching and meaningful mentorship.
